Hello, I am Connie Marks and I am the founder of Remote BA. Born in New York, I lived in Las Vegas most of my adult life and I now reside in Alabama with my husband, children and grandchildren.
I have 25 years experience in dental administration. Through out my career I have worked with offices / teams of all sizes

Hello, I am Connie Marks and I am the founder of Remote BA. Born in New York, I lived in Las Vegas most of my adult life and I now reside in Alabama with my husband, children and grandchildren.
I have 25 years experience in dental administration. Through out my career I have worked with offices / teams of all sizes all across the country. I am proficient in all aspects of the front desk with a high emphasis on insurance and insurance billing. As a former Regional Manager and Executive Director I am also skilled in the overall operations of a dental practice.
People are my passion. I love sharing my knowledge and expertise and enjoy helping doctors and their teams reach their fullest potential.

I was born in New Mexico to a German mother and an American father. I was raised in Las Vegas, NV which is also where I consider home to be.
I grew to love dentistry through my mother who has been a dental assistant for 30 years. I started my career in the dental field at the age of 15, working the front desk filing charts and developing xrays. I continued to grow in the field over the next 13 years. I had the opportunity to live abroad and spent 5 years in Europe. It was during my time in Europe that I met my mentor, a dentist who I worked with all 5 years as his office manager. I also assisted him with implant and surgical procedures. During that time in Europe, I met my husband who is active-duty military and we now have three beautiful children.

I am a mother to two children my son who is 8 and my daughter who is 1. And I am a big animal lover.

I've worked full time in the dental front office from 2013 to 2020 and have been working remotely to support dental offices ever since.
My passion for personalized service and positive working relationships brought me to Remote Ba. I am also newly married to my wonderful husband, I love music and video editing.

I was born in New Jersey but grew up in Las Vegas. I graduated on a Wednesday and started working in a dental office the following Monday and worked at that practice for 30+ years on the front desk. I always liked dealing with insurance posting and aging.

I was born in New Jersey but grew up in Las Vegas. I graduated on a Wednesday and started working in a dental office the following Monday and worked at that practice for 30+ years on the front desk. I always liked dealing with insurance posting and aging.
Beyond my professional life, I am the proud parent of two grown children, who have been a constant source of inspiration and joy. Their success and happiness are among my greatest achievements.
In addition to my work in dentistry, I am deeply committed to giving back to the community. I volunteer with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), where I focus on educational decision-making for foster children. This role allows me to advocate for the best interests of children in need, ensuring they have access to the educational resources and support necessary for their success.
My approach to dentistry is rooted in compassion, experience, and a commitment to the well-being of my patients. I look forward to continuing to serve my community and making a positive impact both inside and outside the dental office.

I was born and raised in Southern California. When I was 18 I moved to Arizona where I met my husband, and together we had 10 children who are grown and raised. Presently, I look after my 99 year old mother who lives independently. I have been in the dental field since I was 18 years old and love every aspect of dentistry.
